政府多腐敗 童丐多殘疾

安徽阜陽現在出現有艾滋村，毒奶粉村，還有拐賣虐童村，2月7號，大陸媒體廣泛曝光了阜陽長期大規模拐賣兒童，逼迫兒童乞討的據點。這樣令人髮指的行為，為什麼長時間沒人管？下面一起去瞭解。 看中國網站 禁止建立鏡像網站 。

據瞭解，十幾年前，安徽阜陽市太和縣一個小村的殘疾人，因乞討而發了財。從此，部分村民就認定乞討是一條致富的捷徑。慢慢的，他們的眼光落在了小孩代他們乞討、尤其是殘疾小孩身上。 看中國網站 禁止建立鏡像網站 。

大約從1993年開始，太和縣宮小村的村民從附近村子拐騙智力正常的小孩。最初先把他們鎖在自己家中進行乞討訓練，時間大約是半個月到一個月，晚上把孩子像豬狗一樣關在籠子裡鎖上。乞討訓練中最重要的一條是要讓這些小孩服從拐賣者的命令。如果孩子不服從，會遭到毒打。而為了讓孩子們看上去更可憐，拐賣者一般都會用刀把孩子割傷，或者直接摧殘他們的肢體使他們殘廢，有的甚至潑硫酸燒燬孩子的皮膚。

十幾年來，拐賣虐童的現像在安徽阜陽形成了風氣，並且向周圍地區蔓延。從這裡帶出去的殘疾童丐遍及全中國，近的在阜陽、合肥，遠的到了北京、上海、廣州、成都、哈爾濱等大城市。拐賣虐童者帶著這些殘疾的孩子們，冬季去南方，夏季去北方，這是為了讓孩子們方便暴露出殘疾的身體，博得路人同情。

安徽阜陽拐賣並虐童的調查曝光後，民眾不僅對拐賣虐童者感到憤怒，還有人意識到，這是當今中國大陸一個複雜的社會問題，其中最弱勢的群體——兒童，受傷害最深。

天涯論壇的網友寫道，唉，現在的國情，讓人心酸的要憤怒了。

有網友在微博上表示，阜陽現在有艾滋村，有毒奶粉村，有拐賣虐童村，建議阜陽發展「中國特色社會主義旅遊專線」。

有網友在天涯論壇上寫道，阜陽是地獄，去過就知道，政府有多腐敗，那些奢華的飯店門口每晚都有幾十上百輛車，在裡面消費都是公款，納稅人養了一群魔鬼來吸自己的血，吸完還要再迫害他們的孩子。

Fuyang has been a long-term base for child traffickers,
where children were tortured into begging.

Over a decade ago, a handicapped person in Taihe
County of Fuyang City made a fortune as a beggar.
Since then, some villagers saw begging as a shortcut
to wealth. Overtime, children,
especially handicapped children become their target.

Villagers in Gongxiao Village, Taihe County began to
hunt for children in neighboring villages since 1993.
The traffickers tortured children into obedience
to their orderings, and usually handicapped them into
a physical disability or mutilated their bodies so
the children would gain more sympathy when begging.

Over the years, such business become rampant in
Fuyang and spread to neighboring areas.
Children are sent throughout China to major cities
like Beijing and Shanghai. Traffickers take the children
to the south in winter and to the north in summer,
in order to expose the children』s handicapped bodies.

Many believe the story reflects China』s severe social
problems and their biggest victim – children.

An Internet user commented: 「the situation in China
is infuriatingly saddening.」

A blog post suggests that with all the 「special villages」,
Fuyang should develop a sightseeing tour
of the 「Chinese-Style Socialism」.

Another Internet user wrote: 「Fuyang is hell.
You can tell how corrupted the government is
by the dozens of cars in front of luxurious restaurants
every night. These vampires live on taxpayers –
they feed on your blood then torture your children.」
